• - Using the service for any illegal purpose.
• - Continued violation of our content filters - Users who repeatedly get flagged for inappropriate language in chats or message boards may face penalties, including suspension or termination of their accounts, and may be banned from using our services.
• - Harassing or abusing other users.
• - Engaging in hate speech.
• - Attempting to breach the security of our services.
• - Creating multiple or "burner" email accounts - Users are prohibited from creating multiple temporary or burner accounts to bypass restrictions or engage in prohibited activities. Violations may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of accounts.
• - Abusing or fraudulently using the affiliate program.

4. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you generate or upload to Honeybot, including text, images, and voice messages. By uploading User Content, you grant Honeybot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your User Content in connection with the operation of Honeybot.

4.1 Editing Messages: Paid Users have the ability to edit messages in our chat interface after they have been sent.

5. AI Content and Interactions Disclaimer : The content and interactions generated by Honeybot’s AI are purely fictional and not intended to represent real individuals. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. Honeybot is committed to ensuring that AI-generated content does not exploit or resemble minors. If AI-generated content is found to violate this policy, it will be removed promptly. Users can generate custom images; however, there is a possibility that the image generator may encounter errors, resulting in odd results (such as extra limbs) or not applying all selected options correctly, these are not the fault of Honeybot and are the result of the limitations of current AI technology. As the AI models are updated, the image generator will be updated to improve the quality and the images.

6. Proprietary Rights : All content and materials on Honeybot, including AI-generated texts, images, and voice messages, are the property of Honeybot, LLC. You may not use, copy, or create derivative works from any part of Honeybot or its content without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Use : Our use of personal data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with that policy.

8. Marketing Communications: By signing up for Honeybot, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails and communications from us. You can opt out of these communications at any time through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Content Filtering and Moderation: We have a content filter and moderation system that checks for any language deemed inappropriate by Honeybot and CCBill, including content that promotes violence, threats, or the sexualization of minors. Inappropriate content will be removed, and users may face penalties for repeated violations.

10. Disclaimers : Honeybot provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee that the services will always be secure, error-free, or timely. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Affiliate Program : Honeybot offers an affiliate program managed through CCBill. All payout terms and protections are managed by CCBill. We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate accounts of users who abuse the program or engage in fraudulent activities.

12. Limitation of Liability : To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeybot, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

13. Indemnification : You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honeybot, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Honeybot or your breach of these Terms.
