To delete your account, navigate to 'Account' from the main menu and click on the 'Delete Account' button. Upon deletion, all your Honeybot subscription, history, tokens, and personal information will be permanently erased and cannot be restored.

How do tokens work?

Tokens are the in-app currency on Honeybot that unlock premium experiences with your AI girlfriend. Think of them like credits that let you create custom content and enhance your conversations. Two types of tokens contribute to your balance: Subscription Tokens: Come included with your subscription plan and are automatically refilled each month. All plans provide 1200 tokens monthly. You can accumulate up to 2 months' worth of tokens, so a subscriber can hold up to 2400 tokens max. Purchased Tokens: Can be bought separately with paid plans — Basic, Gold, Platinum, or VIP. These tokens never expire (unless you delete your account) and give you extra flexibility whenever you need more content.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, our subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Once your subscription expires, your account will revert to a Free account and any unused subscription tokens will be forfeited. However, any tokens you’ve purchased separately will remain in your account forever.

Do you offer a free account?

Yes, we have a generous free account. You get 140 tokens to use for chatting, generating images or listening to a private audio. As a bonus you get + 2 free private pics. Please note that free accounts are ad-supported and have non-priority status, meaning you may occasionally be bumped if a paid user joins the chat. For uninterrupted chat and access to the full experience, upgrade to a premium account.

Do my tokens expire?

We have 2 types of tokens: 1. Subscription Tokens: Come included with your subscription plan and are automatically refilled each month. You can accumulate up to 2 months' worth of tokens, so a subscriber can hold up to 2400 tokens max. These will expire if you have canceled your subscription. 2. Why do I keep getting content flags or banned?

We enforce a strict content policy to stay compliant with our payment providers. This means that any references to underage content, extreme violence, racism, or certain fetishes and terms that fall outside our acceptable use guidelines will be flagged and may result in a ban. That said, our content filters can sometimes be overly sensitive and may mistakenly flag you. If you believe you were flagged in error, please contact us at support@honeybot.ai and we’ll review your case as soon as possible.

How does this charge appear on my credit card or bank statement?

All subscription and tokens purchases will appear discretely as CCBill.com or CCBillEU along with a toll-free customer support phone number for any questions or concerns.

Why was my payment card declined?

We're all about keeping things secure, so here's how to troubleshoot a failed payment: 1. Turn off any VPNs or proxy servers. 2.
