If you run out of pictures or audio messages with your subscription or token usage, you can easily purchase additional tokens starting at just $7.99 and apply them immediately to continue enjoying our services without interruption.
How do cancellations work?
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account page and selecting 'Cancel.' After cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the expiration date. During this time, you can continue to use any unused member benefits, such as photos and audio messages. Once your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to a Free account.
How do refunds work?
We offer refunds within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked—except for one: "How can we improve?"
